Built in Nebraska, for the globe
The story
Apt Interactive started with a simple observation: small businesses in rural Nebraska were underserved. The big IT companies didn't care about them. The local options were hit-or-miss.
So we set out to build something different. An IT partner that actually picks up the phone. That explains things in plain English. That treats your problems like our problems, because they are.
Eleven years later, we've helped businesses navigate cloud migrations, survive ransomware scares, pass compliance audits, and yes—even set up conference rooms that actually work.
We've learned that if you care enough, you really can do it all. That's our philosophy. That's what we bring to every client relationship.

What we believe
These aren't corporate values written by a committee. They're how we actually work.
We answer when you call
Not a voicemail. Not a ticket system. A real person who knows your name and your setup. Because when something's broken, you shouldn't have to navigate a phone tree.
We explain things plainly
No jargon to make us sound smart. No scare tactics to sell you something. Just honest explanations of what's happening and what your options are.
We're on the same team
When things break—because they will—we jump in like it's our problem. Because it is. Your success is our success. It's that simple.
We do what we say
No overselling. No underdelivering. If we say we'll do something, we do it. If we can't, we'll tell you before you have to ask.
Why rural Nebraska?
Everyone else ignores them. The big MSPs want the big contracts in the big cities. The small businesses in small towns? They're left to figure it out themselves, or settle for whoever happens to be nearby.
We see it differently. These businesses—the community bank, the manufacturing plant, the agricultural supplier—they're the backbone of Nebraska. They deserve technology that works as hard as they do.
And honestly? We like it here. We understand these communities because we're part of them. We know the bank manager's name. We've been to the high school football games. This is home.
